Sterilization for Automated Packaging Lines
UV fixtures can be readily incorporated into automated packaging lines for sterilization of consumer products and parts intended for high-purity applications, i.e. semi-conductor and medical devices.
The Titan Aire™ UV series fixtures can be easily mounted into a packaging line module due to the small lengths of the medium-pressure lamps. Catalyx incorporates UV dose control technology to permit varying UV output, based on packaging line speed, type of product, etc.
